WE WORK HARD TO PROVIDE THE BEST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE ON GO HOME DAY! WE OFFER SHUTTLE SERVICE TO AND FROM THE LOCAL GRAND RAPIDS AIRPORT TO OUR HOME. LOCATED JUST 40 MINUTES OUTSIDE OF GRAND RAPIDS, WE RESIDE IN THE BEAUTIFUL COUNTRYSIDE OF PLAINWELL MICHIGAN. FOR SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCE, WE DO OFFER GROUND AND AIR TRANSPORT VIA OUR PERSONAL IN HOUSE TRANSPORT TEAM. DELIVERED MAY BE REQUESTED TO YOUR HOME OR LOCAL AIRPORT BY A NORTHERN HEART TEAM MEMBER. WE WELCOME ALL FAMILIES TO COME SHARE THE HEART OF OUR NORTHERN PUPPS AND EXPERIENCE A DAY IN THE TRUE NORTHERN BEAUTY OF PURE MICHIGAN.

By placing intention on our waitlist, your reservation fee ensures a place on our list & guarantees a puppy for you. Your reservation is a commitment to your puppy & her program. Your reservation may be transferred up to three times to another list if a puppy you desire is not available. Your reservation will be reduced from your puppy price at the time of pick up as intention has been fulfilled. We commit to you to raise the most socially diverse, loving, family friendly, healthy and happy puppy for your home. If you pass on a litter the reservation you will have the choice to be transferred to another litter list. In extenuating circumstances due to illness, death, or other life circumstances, we will work with your family to come to an equitable solution or refund. the Reservation Otherwise, is non-refundable.
